Barbie and Ken ?????

Not sure why I find this so funny!

A few years ago,
Barbie and Ken broke up.........
She got the Dream House,
he got the Barbie R.V.
Well, guess what? Apparently they are back together again!
According to the special edition Barbie and Ken gift set
that is only on sale at Target for 1 week in honor of Valentines Day!!
What is even worse than Barbie and Ken being back together
is that I actually went out and bought them!!!!!
They were only $5.00!
Who could pass that up?

he spent the whole night playing games on Scotts phone!

Either I am too lazy or it is just too much work to go in and change the posts!

Birthday Mania

(We are trying to decide if Daniel is now taller than McKenzie. He is hoping so!)

February is a big Birthday month in our house.
This year because of Mckenzie being away at school,
Summer working most week ends
and some vacations planned at the end of the month,
we decided to consolidate and have one big birthday celebration.
So on Saturday night we all met for dinner at the Spaghetti Factory
to celebrate
Daniels 15th , James 52nd, Autumns 22nd, and McKenzies 19th Birthdays!

Lucky Daniel got to celebrate again and got a few more presents.
(he already got a mini fridge for his room earlier in the week)
This time he got 5 more NFL mini Helmets to add to his collection
and a Jazz hat!

James Birthday was on the 4th.
We got him some lift passes to Park City.
Of course the kids think it was a great present
because they know that means they will get to go skiing too!

Autumns Birthday is on the 8th.
She got some shoes that she had been wanting and
several ski passes to Sundance and the Canyons.

McKenzie's Birthday will be on the 24th.
She got some Sparry Boots that she wanted and
some clothes for the cruise that she will be going on with
her friends in March.

It was a fun night out with the family
and we got to enjoy some really good food!

Just for fun, and to follow through with my earlier threat to post all of his pictures,
I thought I would add some more pictures of Hunter!
I am hoping that if he can see just how ugly he looks
he will stop mugging it up for the camera!

Unfortunately, I think he maybe rubbing off on Dakota!
At least Dakota still looks cute!

You may notice there are no pictures of Bridger.
Summer decided for the better enjoyment of all of us
that he needed to stay with a babysitter.......
We missed him! Sort of!!!!
Next year he will be old enough to join in on the celebration!!

Happy 15th Birthday Daniel

Daniel turned 15 today....
Wow! The beginning of the "pestering mom to drive" phase of life!
Not looking forward to that!

On Saturday we are going to have a big massive Birthday for
all of our February Birthdays.
We have 3 in a weeks time and then McKenzie's at the end of the month,
so we thought the easiest thing to do would be to have them all together on Saturday.
I still wanted to make sure Daniel felt like his Birthday was special though,
so I put his big present (mini fridge) in his room so it would be there when he got home
from school, along with balloons.....and then we had an ice cream cake tonight.
Only the 3 boys and mom and dad, but it was still fun,
and he was surprised to get his own little celebration!

Family Night Jazz Game

Last night we took the boys to the Utah Jazz Game for family night!
It was a fun, close game against the Charolette Bobcats.
The Jazz did win in the end, but it was within 2 to 4 points the whole game.
The Jazz have been sucking it up lately winning only 2 of its last 10 games
so I am glad we happened to be at one that they pulled it together and actually won.

Nosh was very excited to get a new "Green" Jazz Basketball.
Now I get the joy of hearing a basketball being bounced all through the house!

Noah's guy is Paul Milsap #24.
I bought them all Jerseys for Christmas and that is the Jersey I got Noah!
He had a fun time watching his guy................
Every time Milsap would score or anything I would say,
"Hey Noah, that's you"
and he would get so excited.
I think Noah enjoyed the game more than anyone.

Daniel hates when I take his picture.....

His guy is Deron Williams.
But he is out for awhile with a wrist injury
so the only action we saw of him was sitting on the bench!
Too bad because he is their best player.
Might explain why they have been losing so much lately.
The big thrill for Daniel came near the end of the game when Jimmer Fredette
of BYU fame, walked with in 3 feet of us and smiled and waved,
along with his body guards that he seems to have to have of lately
escorting him where ever he goes.
He pretty much gets mobbed.
I know I had to hold Daniel back from jumping on him!!!!
Anyway, that was all Daniel talked about all night was being
so close to Jimmer!!!!!!!!

Hunters guy is "Big Al" Jefferson! #25
Hunter had never heard of him and was kind of bugged that I got him
a Jersey of someone he didn't know.
But see, I knew something Hunter didn't know about Big Al....
he is a great player.
Last night he was the high scorer of the game.
Every time he scored I would look at Hunter and say,
"Big Al"
So now Hunter knows who he is and will proudly wear his jersey!

Hunter always spends most of his time and my money at the concessions.
An all time favorite..............Dippen Dots!
Hunter doesn't mind me taking his picture,
he just always has to make a face.
He makes the ugliest faces and I told him I was going to start posting them.
Maybe he will stop making them when he sees how ugly they are.

On the way to the game Hunter told me he was going to grow a mullet.
So at the game I showed him how ugly Keirlienko is with his mullet....
didn't help because Hunter thought it was cool
and people were holding up signs saying,
"I love Russian Mullets"
I should have had Keirlienko be Hunters guy!!

Fun night out with the boys!
