The Boys at the BYU Basketball Game

Last night we took the 4 boys and went to the BYU Basketball game to watch them in their conference opener against UNLV. Having basically boys left at home it is a good thing I enjoy going to these games because I can see this is going to be my life. We had a fun time. We know two of the starters for BYU. Jackson Emery and Tyler Haws (true freshman). They both played for Lone Peak winning them several State Championships! They are both still amazing and it was fun to watch them play now in college. (Bobby and Jackson are freinds and went into the MTC the same day) Any way, it was a close game against UNLV who are a very good team. UNLV was pretty much ahead the whole game, but never by much. In the end BYU pulled the win out with a score of 77-73. CLose games are fun when your team wins in the end!!! Even Hunter, who is a Utah fan, said it was a really good game. He is a Tyler Haws fan though, so that helps!!! BYU is now 15-1!! It was a fun night out with the boys. We have tickets to a few more games and are looking forward to those!

After the game Noah was a happy BYU fan! Daniel and Noah are the biggest BYU supporters in the family, as am I. Bobby, and James switch back and forth between Utah and BYU, thats pretty pathetic. And of course we all know that Hunters heart bleeds red! I don't even know how that started. In front of our house we fly a flag that is half BYU and half Utah. Down the middle it looks like it is wripped and it says, "a House Divided". That about sums it up!
