Happy 14th Birthday Daniel!!

14 years ago today
at 1:54 p.m.
Daniel James Patterson
was born at American Fork Hospital
Weighing in at 8 lbs.
We were so excited to have another boy!
Especially Bobby who was 9 at the time,
and was sick of being surrounded by girls!
Daniel was born on his Grandma Pat's Birthday,
and named after his Grandpa Stoneberg.
Other than the fact that he basically cried non stop the
first 3 months of his life, he has been a very easy child.
As a teenager he is still so easy going and just the nicest kid.
(accept to Hunter. It is a brother thing I guess)

Here are a few things about Daniel-

He lives, eats, breaths, anything football!
He always has a football in his hand!
he plays quarterback on his football team
Ask him anything about the NFL or College
Football and he knows the answer!
BYU and Vikings Football are his favorite teams!
He is a straight A student!
When he is the captain of a team in P.E. he always picks a good player 1st,
and then some one who would be picked last next! (such a nice boy)
He likes XBOX,
skiing (broke his leg when he was 8)
sledding
basketball (plays on a team that has only won 1 game :( )
hanging with friends
Lake Powell
swimming in our pool
hanging at Bobby's apartment, watching football games
BYU Football games (he bought season tickets with his own money)
going to his Grandpa Stoneberg's house in Oregon
his nephews Dakota and Bridger (doesn't even mind babysitting)
family trips (especially cruises)
Favorite food is Chicken Cordon Blue
Sour Punch Straws
Cream Soda
When Daniel was 2 he had his 4 top teeth knocked out with a bat,
so he was toothless until they grew in when he was about 6!
This last year he surpassed mom in height by a couple of inches.
(he seems most proud of this accomplishment)


Daniel is such a great kid and is liked by everyone (accept Hunter :))
Occasionally I will see a glimpse of teenager attitude appearing,
but not often!
