5 and 0 Baby!!!

Hunters team is now 5 - 0!!!!
They played West Lake today and beat them 35 - 0!
They are so good!!! They are now automatically in the play offs
and still have 2 more games to play!
I keep thinking they could go on to win the whole thing,
but they still have one of the toughest teams coming up in 2 weeks!
I am so excited for them.......
Hunter had an especially great game with lots of playing time
on both offense and defense and kick off.
At the end of the game he had a near pick and was able to deflect the ball!
He was most excited that Bobby was able to make it to most of his game.
Because of Bobby's practice schedule with the team he coaches
he has always been unable to come to Hunters games,
so it was really great that he could arrange to be there today!
I know it meant a lot to Hunter!
So Thanks Bobby.................................

Hunter is the Michael Jackson of Lone Peak Football with his one glove!!!

I love that you can see the #13 on his Helmet,
and his one eye!!!!

Seriously, the kid in front of Hunter,
is his last name really "Pretty Paint"?

Just for fun I did a couple black and whites to change things up a bit!
I think they look pretty cool!

Congratulations on a great game Hunter!

Probably your best game yet!!!!!!

Another Saturday of Football

Saturday was just another Saturday full of Football.
Can't complain about that.......
Daniel's team played Lehi.
It seemed like a slow game and they couldn't seem to get a lot done on offense.
Daniel played Corner on defense for 3 quarters of the game
and did not come in as quarterback until the final quarter.
He loves playing corner, but was told by the coach
that they need him to do more reps at Quarterback next game.

As quarterback.... a fake hand off.

Daniel getting ready to give the play to his team.
As I watch him with his teammates, it is obvious that they look up to him
and think of him as a leader.
He is such a great kid, he doesn't let it go to his head.

Above with Issaac Fotu. They have been friends for several years.
Even though the game seemed slow and not a lot happening
they did beat Lehi 19-0.
They are now 6-0, and are the leaders in their division.
Next Saturday they play the 2nd place team.....
we will see if they can play hard and keep the winning going!

Noah's little team also played a Lehi team.
Their final score was 19-7.
So they are also doing well and are now placed 2nd in their division,
behind the team that beat them a couple weeks ago.
They are doing so well!
I am especially proud of Noah.
He is doing so well at knowing where the ball is and going after it.
He had some great tackles again today,
and it is fun to see him run clear across the field
and go after the player with the ball.
He never would have done that last year.
What a difference a year makes!

Above is my favorite picture of the day!
It sums up how well Noah has been playing
as he is wrapping his arms around the ball carrier,
ready to take him down!
It was a great tackle and earned him a mighty bean!
(He is collecting these little things called mighty beans
and James told him every time he got a good tackle he would
get a Mighty Bean!)

I like this picture!
He is trying to jump over his team mate
so as to not step on him!

Next Noah and I were off to the BYU vs. Nevada Football game...
We had fun, but BYU did not win!

Noah with the field in the background.
Noah said his dream seat would be to sit
on the other side of the stadium in the White "Y"!

Football Head!!!!!!

Basically this broken up pass sums up the game for BYU!
As we get into some conference play
lets hope BYU can start to win some games.
They have really struggled and their record is 1 and 3! Ouch!!!!

It was a long day that started at 9:00 a.m.
and Noah and I did not get home until after 9:00 p.m.
but we had a great time at all of the games.
It seems every Saturday for the next several weeks will be like this......
Really I can't think of a better way to spend my Saturdays!

Brad Paisley H2O Tour

(Waiting for Brad...........)

McKenzie, Autumn and I had the best time at the Brad Paisley Concert!
I had some camera issues....
mainly because they would not let me take my good camera in!
So I had to use a not so good camera and many of the
pictures did not turn out! So disappointing!

We had to go early to get a good place on the lawn, but really any place was a good place.
I have never in my life seen so much Beer!
And so many people drinking beer.....and so many drunk people!
I didn't know we had so many people in Utah who drank,
but I am convinced they were all at this concert.
I was laughing because I was so thirsty and needed a drink,
but I had to go wait in a very long line to get a bottle of water.
Had I been drinking beer, they would have brought it right to my seat!
People watching was quite fun and entertaining though!

Autumn and McKenzie napping while we were waiting for the concert to begin.

Darius Rucker and Shawn Moore opened for Brad.
They were both good...........
But Brad was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He puts on such a good and entertaining show, you never wanted it to end!
And he is so, so funny!

He sang all of my favorite songs
and some others that are now on my favorites lists!
So, so much fun!
McKenzie and I just walked around through the crowd until we found a good
place to stand and take pictures
and listen to the great music......................

Such a fun night with the girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And we managed to make it home safely in spite of all the drunk people
that were obviously out on the road!
Pretty sure not everyone there had a designated driver!!

We are going to have to see him again............

I Miss Little Girls........

(McKenzie and Autumn in 1998)

I really miss having little girls in the house.......
being the only girl left in a house with 3 boys is interesting!

Last night conversations in the kitchen consisted of,
Butt Pimples! Hunter wanted to know how you pop them....
Daniel responded, "You just have to use the right amount of pressure!"

Next topic of conversation was about body hair and when Hunter would be getting it.
Then he asked when he would be getting pubic hair in his arm pits!
I was laughing so hard I couldn't stand up straight.
I know this is a family blog and I will have to remove this whole paragraph when Hunter sees it,
But that is so funny, I had to share it.

Last but not least is Noah's fascination yesterday with the Male Long Horn across the street
and the size of his ______!
He seriously could not stop talking about it!

If the conversations aren't bad enough the smell is going to kill me......
boys just smell bad!

So yes I really miss little girls!!!

Bridger and Dakota

Bridger and Dakota came to Hunters football game the other day.
They are so much fun and so cute.
Bridger seriously gets cuter everyday!!!
He is learning his animal sounds. Summer says he sounds like a Rabid animal....
In the picture below he is making his pig sound....
She may be right. That is some evil pig!!!

He likes to wear his bucket on his head!

He still sucks two fingers and plays with the tag on his blanket!
I think it is so cute............

Grandpa taught Dakota how to catch a football.
When he gets a little older he wants to play football like his uncles.
I guess we will be watching football for years to come.....

We have two of the funnest little grandsons!
They are so much fun and we could not love them more!! <3
